What is a web browser, and how do they view web pages?

Objective: Delve into what the purpose of a web browser is and how they are able to view code and transpose that code into web pages.

What’s up guys! We left off talking about Internet Technology such as SASS (Software as a Service) and more! We’re moving to chapter 4 and talking about Web Browsers and how they work. Web browsers are the programs that are responsible for displaying web pages to us. Some major browsers include:

  • Firefox
  • Google Chrome
  • Safari
  • Opera
  • Microsoft Edge
  • and more!

Browsers read the code HTML (yall know what that stands for) and convert it into pages that we see. Here’s a video of how that works:
